Here’s my whipped butter bean tahini (as you can tell I’m obsessing about whipping tahini at the moment 😇)
It’s such a delightful dip - creamy dreamy.
Amazing with pesto swirled in or dolloped on toast like here with some charred courgette, good olive oil and fresh herbs.

50g tahini
1 clove garlic
Juice 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp vegan yogurt
240g butter beans
1/2 tsp sea salt
To serve
Toast
Pesto
Roast veggies
To make the butter bean tahini;
Place all the ingredients in a
food processor a blitz until you get a creamy fluffy sauce.
