Ingredients needed:
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (640g/22.5oz), raw (trimmed of any excess visible fat), sliced in half
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger
pinch of salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons of sriracha (use more of less depending on your preferred spice level)
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons of tomato puree (paste)
4 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
180ml of water (¾ cup) - don’t add this if air frying
2 spring onions (green onions), finely sliced
spray oil
fresh lime wedges to serve (optional)
