I hope you’re all well & having a lovely Sunday🙈June is Pride Month! so we are celebrating with this stunning, rainbow chia pudding jar this morning🌈 layers of turmeric mango, dragonfruit strawberry, matcha & blueberry chia pudding - 4 flavours of ultimate bliss!🤤topped with some fresh fruits and almond granola! To make this, all you have to do is make your chia pudding like you normally would then stir in your flavours in the morning - recipe below 👇 have a lovely day angels filled with delicious and nutritious food!🌈💕🌴
💚0.75 cup of milk 💜0.25 cup of chia seeds 🧡1 tsp. of honey of a few flavdrops 💛0.25 cup of yogurt
Stir until fully combined. Leave in the fridge overnight to thicken. In the morning, divide into 4 equal portions and add the following flavours.
1. 0.5 tsp. of turmeric (yellow) 2. 1 tsp. of dragonfruit powder (pink) 3. 1 tsp. of matcha powder (green) 4. 1 tbsp. of blueberry jam/compote (blue) - this ones harder to see from this angle of the jar but it’s there I promise!
Then in between the yellow & pink layer, add some mango & banana 🍌🥭 In between the pink and green layer add fresh strawberries 🍓 tag me in any recreations!
