Not only does this Mac and Trees bake hide broccoli AND cauliflower, it has also been supercharged with Herbamare, a natural sea salt containing organically grown vegetables and herbs (whoop whoop!!).
You can find Herbamare at Woolworths in the health food section and Coles in the spices section.

MAC & TREES
Stage 1:
✖️ 500g macaroni
✖️ 1 small broccoli, roughly chopped
✖️ ½ small head cauliflower, roughly chopped
✖️ ½ tbsp EACH Herbamare salt, butter and dijon mustard
✖️ 1 tsp minced garlic
✖️ 2 cups grated tasty cheese
Roux:
✖️ 2 tbsp butter
✖️ 2 tbsp plain flour
✖️ 2 cups milk
Toppings:
✖️ 1 cup grated tasty cheese
✖️ ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
01 Preheat oven to 200°C (FF).
02 Cook pasta according to packet instructions, minus 1 minute. Drain.
03 Meanwhile, steam vegetables in a double boiler for 20 minutes, or until tender. Transfer to a large bowl and stick mix until pureed. Add in all stage 1 ingredients and mix well.
04 Transfer mixture into a 20x30cm baking tray and flatten surface.
05 Melt roux butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and whisk for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and gradually add milk. Whisk until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of tasty cheese.
06 Pour sauce over macaroni. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 mins.
