SIMPLE CHICKEN RISSOLES
✖️ 500g chicken mince 👈🏼 swap for turkey mince
✖️ 1 small carrot, finely grated
✖️ 1 small red onion, finely diced 👈🏼 swap for grated apple
✖️ ½ cup panko breadcrumbs 👈🏼 swap for fresh breadcrumbs
✖️ ½ cup grated tasty cheese
✖️ 2 tsp fresh or dried tarragon 👈🏼 swap for herb of choice
✖️ salt + pepper, to season
01 Preheat oven to 180°C.
02 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
03 Divide mixture into 8 even rissoles and set aside.
04 Heat a large frypan over medium high heat and drizzle with olive oil. Add rissoles and cook for 3 mins on each side until golden.
05 Transfer to a lined tray and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with your favourite sides on in a burger.
