SIMPLE CHICKEN RISSOLES 🥙 Nut free, egg free and made in 30 minutes!⁠

Serve with salad, mash, steamed vegetables or throw them in a roll to make a burger! Send them off in lunches cold, or slice them up to go in wraps and sandwiches. The options are endless!⁠

SIMPLE CHICKEN RISSOLES⁠
✖️ 500g chicken mince 👈🏼 swap for turkey mince⁠
✖️ 1 small carrot, finely grated⁠
✖️ 1 small red onion, finely diced 👈🏼 swap for grated apple⁠
✖️ ½ cup panko breadcrumbs 👈🏼 swap for fresh breadcrumbs⁠
✖️ ½ cup grated tasty cheese⁠
✖️ 2 tsp fresh or dried tarragon 👈🏼 swap for herb of choice⁠
✖️ salt + pepper, to season⁠

01 Preheat oven to 180°C. ⁠

02 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. ⁠

03 Divide mixture into 8 even rissoles and set aside. ⁠

04 Heat a large frypan over medium high heat and drizzle with olive oil. Add rissoles and cook for 3 mins on each side until golden. ⁠

05 Transfer to a lined tray and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with your favourite sides on in a burger.⁠
