I’ll eat my Poké with rice- always. On the side: steamed or roasted broccoli and avocado (for healthy fats) or mango and edamame are my favorite sidekick combos. There’s so many great, pre-made gut-friendly sauces on the market to go with this, but if you’d like to make your own marinade for the spicy salmon, here’s my go-to! Ingredients 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
~ 1 pound sushi-grade salmon, sockeye or Alaskan salmon (you can either cube it or slice it, I like chunky slices)
1+ 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
1 + 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha or chili crunch (I do 1 teaspoon each!🔥)
Mix well to coat salmon or tuna, serve and enjoy! If I have any chives or sesame seeds- they make the best garnish!
