Isn't It Time for a Delicious Fruit Tart?
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour, 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, cold & cubed, 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp cold water, 8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1⁄2 cup heavy cream, Sliced strawberries, Blueberries, Kiwi slices, Mango slices, Orange segments, 1⁄4 cup apricot jam (for glaze)
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Add egg yolk and water, form a dough. Press into a tart pan, chill for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit in a pattern. Warm apricot jam and brush over fruit for a glossy finish. Chill before serving.
