Gyoza and Chilli Soy Noodle Soup - totally delicious, totally comfort😍 Recipe below by @truffleandtoast

*Method*
- Pan fry or steam the gyozas.
- While the gyozas cook, mix minced ginger and garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, a touch of rice wine vinegar and chilli flakes in a bowl.
- Heat up oil in a pan and add some chopped spring onions and the dressing. Stir for a min on medium heat.
- Now add in vegetable stock and let it simmer.
- Add the noodles to the soup and then serve in a bowl. Top with the gyozas.
- Serve with sesame seeds, spring onions and some chilli oil!

You can find the Itsu gyozas in Tesco, Ocado and Waitrose and they just take 4 mins to prep whether you steam, simmer or pan cook! So definitely a saviour for lockdown dinners 😉
