Crispy Spiced Potato Patties Delight

  • Special Aloo Tikki

    Ingredients:

    3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

    1 small onion, finely chopped

    2 green chilies, finely chopped

    1 tsp ginger paste

    1/2 tsp garam masala

    1/2 tsp cumin powder

    1/2 tsp chaat masala

    2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

    Salt to taste

    2 tbsp breadcrumbs or cornflour (for binding)

    Oil for shallow frying

    Instructions:

    In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, ginger paste, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander, salt, and breadcrumbs.

    Shape the mixture into small round patties.

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Shallow fry the patties until golden and crispy on both sides.

    Serve hot with green chutney, tamarind chutney, or yogurt.
