Creamy Bacon Boursin Tagliatelle 🥓 Using boursin in a pasta sauce just hits different! I had lots of random vegtables leftover that I needed to use. You can use any vegetables you like in this dish.
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (Serves 2)
• 4-6 Bacon rashers
• 150-200g Tagliatelle
• Small red onion, diced
• 100g Mushrooms, diced
• 50g Tenderstem, sliced up
• 1 tsp Garlic salt
• 1 tsp Onion salt
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 Handfuls of spinach, diced
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp Tomato purée
• ½ Block of Boursin
• Small bunch of parsley, chopped
𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱
1. Dice up the bacon and fry off until crispy, then remove from the pan.
2. Put the pasta into boil.
3. Add the onion, mushrooms and tenderstem to a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add in the garlic salt, onion salt, italian herbs, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and then add in the spinach.
5. Once the spinach is wilted, add in the tomato purée. Mix through along with the cooked bacon, save some for the topping.
6. Add in the Boursin and two spoons of pasta water. Mix together until you get a nice creamy sauce and then stir through the pasta.
7. Serve with parsley and the rest of the bacon! 🍴
