🧀 Extra shredded mozzarella or provolone (melted over wings)
🥖 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs, toasted
👨🍳 Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack.
Pat wings dry with paper towels, then toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cornstarch.
Arrange on the rack and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While wings bake, melt butter in a small skillet. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Parmesan and herbs.
Optional: Toast panko breadcrumbs in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes until golden.
Once wings are baked, place them in an oven-safe dish, pour the garlic-Parmesan sauce over, toss to coat, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella/provolone.
Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Finish with a sprinkle of toasted breadcrumbs or extra Parmesan and chopped parsley.
