Ingredients:
For the filling:
2 cups cooked pulled beef (leftovers or slow-cooked)
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp barbecue sauce or beef gravy (optional, for moisture)
For the crust:
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
Mix pulled beef, bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheese, and optional sauce in a bowl.
Assemble the Pie
Cut the puff pastry into two square sheets.
Place one sheet in a small baking-safe air fryer dish.
Spoon the beef mixture on top and cover with the second sheet.
Seal the edges using a fork and brush the top with the beaten egg.
Air Fry
Cook in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Cool & Serve
Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with a dip or gravy.
