1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
Stir in pecan halves until well coated.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust and spread pecans evenly.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is just slightly jiggly.
Cool completely at room temperature before slicing to allow the filling to set properly.
