Spicy Kabab Delight in Crispy Paratha Wrap
Kabab Paratha Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
For Kabab:
Minced beef or chicken – 500 g
Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Bread slice – 1 (soaked and squeezed)
Egg – 1
For Paratha:
Plain parathas (frozen or homemade) – 4
For Roll Sauce:
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Green chutney – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
For Filling:
Onion – sliced
Cabbage or lettuce – shredded
Tomato – sliced (optional)
Mint leaves (optional)
Directions
1. Prepare Kababs:
Mix all kabab ingredients well and shape into small seekh kababs or patties.
Pan fry or grill on medium heat till golden brown and cooked through.
2. Cook Parathas:
Cook parathas on tawa with a bit of oil until crisp and golden.
3. Prepare Sauce:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, green chutney, and lemon juice.
4. Assemble Rolls:
Place paratha on a plate.
Spread sauce generously.
Add 2 kababs.
Top with onion, cabbage, tomato, and mint leaves.
Roll tightly and wrap in butter paper or foil.
5. Serve hot with extra chutney or fries on the side
