🥑 Roasted Avocado & Jalapeño Dip

Ingredients (Serves 4–6):
• 3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
• 2 jalapeños, halved (remove seeds for less heat)
• 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 1 lime
• ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place avocados (cut side up), jalapeños, and garlic on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and roast 12–15 min until slightly charred.
2. Squeeze roasted garlic from skins.
3. Blend or mash avocados, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth but slightly chunky.
4. Serve warm or room temp with tortilla chips or toasted bread.
