This is real-deal comfort food: tender shredded pork slow-cooked in smoky BBQ sauce, piled high on a toasted bun with crunchy slaw and sauce dripping down the sides. It’s bold, messy, and made to be devoured.

Ingredients:
For the pulled pork:
• 2–3 lb pork shoulder
• Salt, pepper, smoked paprika
• 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 garlic cloves, smashed
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar or broth
For the slaw:
• 1 ½ cups shredded cabbage
• ½ cup shredded carrot
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• Salt & pepper
To serve:
• Toasted burger buns
• Extra BBQ sauce

1. Rub pork with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place in slow cooker with onions, garlic, and vinegar.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until fall-apart tender.
3. Shred the pork and toss with BBQ sauce.
4. Mix slaw ingredients in a bowl.
5. Toast buns. Pile on pork, add slaw, drizzle with more sauce. Serve warm and messy.
