Cheesy Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Rolls 🍅🧄

Golden chicken breasts stuffed with gooey cheese & sun-dried tomatoes, simmered in creamy garlic-herb sauce — rich, juicy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients (serves 3–4):
• 3 chicken breasts, pounded thin
• Salt, pepper, paprika
• 6 strips mozzarella or provolone
• ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 1 Tbsp olive oil

Sauce:
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp Dijon
• ¾ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup Parmesan
• Dried oregano + parsley

Steps:
1️⃣ Stuff chicken with cheese & tomatoes, roll & sear 3 min/side.
2️⃣ Remove. Make sauce with butter, garlic, broth, cream, Dijon & herbs.
3️⃣ Return chicken, simmer 10–12 min. Add Parmesan, serve!
