You’ve got a perfect midweek meal idea here, and it’s super quick and simple!

SERVES 2: Difficulty ⭐️
⏲️ PREP: 10 Minutes
📌 Dice 2 chicken breasts, put them in a bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch), 1 tbsp plain (all purpose) flour, a pinch of white pepper and give it a good mix making sure all the pieces are coated.
📌 Make your sauce. In a bowl add the following and mix well.
* 2 tbsp light soy sauce
* 2 tbsp honey
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tsp sesame oil
📌 Finely slice 1 spring onion & have ready 1 tsp white roasted sesame seeds & 1 tsp black roasted sesame seeds (or use 2 tsp of one or the other).
⏲️ COOK: 15 Minutes
😋 Heat a wok or pan, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Once hot add the chicken, cook for 5-6 minutes stirring and turning frequently until it’s golden brown. Remove to a plate with a slotted spoon, discard the oil and wipe the wok or pan clean.
😋 In the same wok or pan add the sauce and bring to a simmer for 3-4 minutes on a low medium heat. Add the chicken back in and increase the heat, stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the chicken pieces are nicely coated.
😋 Add the sesame seeds, the spring onion and give it all a final stir together. Serve immediately with steamed rice and enjoy 😉
