Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon with Soy Broccoli Delight
BAKED SALMON IN HONEY GINGER & SOY:
With roast garlic & soy tenderstem broccoli.
This hands off easy shove it in the oven dish is perfect for a fuss free midweek dinner.
SERVES 2: Difficulty βοΈ
β²οΈ PREP: 15 Minutes.
THE SALMON π£
π Place 2 salmon fillets in an oven proof dish. In a bowl add the following, mix well and pour over the salmon.
π 3 tbsp light soy sauce
π 1 tbsp honey
π Small chunk of grated ginger
π 1 tsp mirin
π 1 tsp sesame oil
π 1/2 tsp sriracha
THE BROCCOLI π₯¦
π Wash & trim enough tenderstem broccoli for 2. Add to an oven proof tray and in a small bowl mix the following and pour over the broccoli, toss it through well to make sure itβs all coated.
π 3 tbsp olive oil
π 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
π2 minced garlic cloves
β²οΈ COOK: 30 Minutes.
π£ In a preheated oven at 190Β°C add the broccoli for 15 minutes. Then add the salmon for a further 15 minutes.
π£ Serve with steamed rice, garnish with roasted sesame seeds, drizzle over the sauce from the salmon and enjoy π
