📝 Ingredients (serves 2):
• 2 boneless chicken breasts
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper
• Olive oil + 1 tbsp butter
• 1 ripe pear, sliced
• 1 small shallot, finely chopped
• ¾ cup dry red wine
• ½ cup chicken stock
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (optional)



🔥 Instructions:
1. Sear the chicken:
Season chicken generously. Sear in olive oil until golden on both sides and cooked through. Set aside to rest.
2. Roast the pear:
