1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons heavy cream
½ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus more to top the cookies if desired

8 ounces block style cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups original Oreo cookies, roughly chopped (from 18-20 cookies)
