250 gr soft marg/butter
1 cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy
Add in one egg yellow   (keep egg white aside)
One cap v.essence
Beat again
Add in 2 tsp b.powder n enough flour to make a soft dough
Beat egg white lightly with little water in it
Now roll  dough into balls then roll in  the egg white  n then in loose coconut n place on tray 
Push in a small red cherry in the centre of each ball
Bake til golden brown
Cool
Drizzle white choc over
