Method

Cream butter and icing sugar till well combined,add cooking oil and mix then add your flour and form a soft dough..

Roll your dough on floured sùrface and cut into desired shapes
You can shape the dough into a rectangle or sausage shape, cover with a cling wrap and put in the fridge for 2 to 3 hrs, slice and bake
bake at 160 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
