β€’ 1 Red onion
β€’ Splash of oil
β€’ 2 tbsp Tikka masala paste
β€’ 100g Greek yoghurt
β€’ 1/4 Cucumber
β€’ 1 tsp Chopped garlic
β€’ 2 Chapattis

1. Cut the paneer into cubes. Also chop the pepper and onion into large chunks.
2. Add the paneer, pepper and onion to a bowl along with a splash of oil and the tikka masala paste. Mix together until everything is nicely coated in the paste.
3. Thread the paneer, pepper and onion onto 2 large skewers. You can fry these in a pan for 10 minutes, turning every few minutes. Or cook in the oven/air fryer until nice and crispy.
4. Meanwhile mix together the yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, salt and black.
5. Warm the chapattis in the oven for 2 minutes and then serve.
6. Load the chapattis with the yoghurt, tikka skewers, mango chutney and coriander.
