🍤 Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta 🍝
📋 Ingredients:
🍝 8 oz spaghetti
🦐 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🧈 1/4 cup unsalted butter
🥣 1/4 cup chicken broth
🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
🌿 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
🧀 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 🍝
2️⃣ In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside. 🦐🧈
3️⃣ In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 🧄🧈
4️⃣ Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly reduced, about 2 minutes. 🍋🌶️
5️⃣ Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. 🦐
6️⃣ Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. 🥣🍝
7️⃣ Remove from heat and stir in parsley and Parmesan cheese. 🌿🧀
8️⃣ Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and Parmesan if desired. 🌿🧀

✔️ For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream before serving. 🍶
