    Fruit Iced Tea Recipe (2 Quarts)

    Ingredients:
    5 black tea bags (or 2 family-size)
    4 cups hot water (for steeping)
    3–4 cups cold water (for diluting)
    ½ cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
    1 cup fruit puree, nectar, or juice (see variations below)
    Ice cubes
    Fresh fruit slices for garnish

    Instructions:
    Brew Tea – Steep tea bags in 4 cups hot water for 5–7 minutes. Remove tea bags.

    Sweeten – Stir in sugar or honey while the tea is warm.

    Add Fruit Flavor – Stir in 1 cup of your chosen fruit puree, nectar, or juice.

    Dilute & Chill – Add 3–4 cups cold water. Refrigerate until chilled.

    Serve – Pour over ice and garnish with fresh fruit slices that match the flavor.

    Flavor Variations
    Raspberry Peach Iced Tea → ½ cup raspberry puree + ½ cup peach nectar

    Mango Lemon Iced Tea → 1 cup mango puree/nectar + juice of 1 lemon

    Peach Strawberry Iced Tea → ½ cup peach nectar + ½ cup strawberry puree

    Blueberry Lemon Iced Tea → ¾ cup blueberry puree/syrup + juice of 1 lemon

    Strawberry Orange Iced Tea → ½ cup strawberry puree + ½ cup fresh orange juice

    Classic Sweet Tea

    Ingredients
    6 regular-size black tea bags
    4 cups water (for steeping)
    1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
    4 cups cold water (for diluting)
    Ice + lemon wedges (optional)

    Instructions
    Boil water – In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
    Steep tea – Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep 5–10 minutes (shorter = lighter, longer = stronger).
    Sweeten – Remove tea bags. While still warm, stir in sugar until dissolved.
    Dilute & chill – Pour tea into a large pitcher, add 4 cups cold water. Refrigerate until chilled.
    Serve – Pour over ice, garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint if you like.
