COD IN LEMON SAUCE 🍽️

Ingredients:
145g Baby Potatoes
200g Cod Loins
36g Tenderstem Broccoli
1 Lemon
15ml Lemon Juice
65ml Single Cream
Handful of Rocket (10g)
1tsp Thyme
Salt & Pepper
Method⬇️
1. Dice your potatoes into small chunks, add salt and pop into the air fryer for 18-20 minutes at 200c
2. Meanwhile, season your cod with the lemon, salt and pepper.
3. Boil your broccoli
4. Add the cod to a pan over a medium/high heat for 8-10 minutes. Make sure to flip over and remove.
5. In a bowl combine the lemon juice and the cream and then heat in the pan for a minute or so - just so it is hot.
6. Serve everything up - adding the cream to the top of the cod. I also like to add a slice of lemon just because I like it very lemony!
