Flaky salmon fillets topped with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and creamy feta β a vibrant, heart-healthy dinner ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
Salmon fillets
baby spinach
sun-dried tomatoes
red onion
feta cheese
olive oil
oregano
salt
pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
2. Place salmon on a baking tray lined with parchment.
3. Top with spinach, sliced onion, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta, oregano, salt & pepper.
4. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake 15β20 min until salmon is cooked through.
