2 chicken breasts

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

For the Salad:

Mixed greens

Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion (optional)

For the Creamy Herb Sauce:

½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
