Black ▸ cooked from dry or canned
Quinoa ▸ cooked
Spices ▸ chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder
Salt & pepper
🍃 Toppings :
Shredded Vegan cheese
Salsa or Sriracha
Parsley & Chives
Method
✨ In a large bowl, combine all the stuffing ingredients together and give it a good mix. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and stuff them. Bake at 190•C for about 20-25 minutes. Top with the toppings and dig in!
