1 kg chicken fillet cut into pieces
Marinate in:
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp crushed chillies
3 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp steers peri peri sauce
3 tbsp Minnie's Portuguese sauce
Cook in ghee until done.
Sauce:
125ml fresh cream
1/2 small bottle Minnie's Portuguese sauce
2 tbsp mayo
Heat, mix and throw over chicken.
Garnish with dhania / parsley.
