Nanami and Shichimi Togarashi

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons ground red chili pepper (such as cayenne or Korean chili powder)
2 tablespoons ground sichuan pepper
2 tablespoons ground sesame seeds

1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon nori flakes (dried seaweed)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: ground red chili pepper, ground sichuan pepper, ground sesame seeds, dried orange peel, ground ginger, nori flakes, poppy seeds, and salt.
Mix well until all the spices are evenly incorporated.
