Keto Burger in a Bowl🍔🥗😍👌
✔Only takes 25 minutes to make.
(Prepare ingredient amounts to preference)
Ingredients:
Ground turkey
Avocado oil
Garlic powder, salt and pepper
Green leaf lettuce
Cooked crispy bacon
Pickles
Cucumbers
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Red onions, chopped
Shredded cheese
For the sauce:
Keto Ketchup
Keto Mayo
Coconut aminos
Variation Ideas:
- Turkey is in this recipe, however feel free to trade it for beef, chicken, or pork.
- Here green leaf lettuce is used, but you can use butter lettuce or any greens of your choice.
- If you're not a fan of onions or tomatoes, feel free to leave them out.
- Serve meat as a patty instead of crumbling if you like.👌😋
Instructions:
☆ In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat, add ground meat and cook until brown, while crumbling (or have as a patty). Then add in bacon & cook till crispy.
☆ Assemble the bowl with all ingredients, starting with greens then add browned meat and arrange remaining toppings around the meat.
☆ Mix the ingredients together for the sauce, top over burger bowl and serve.
