If you are not familiar, Tteokbokki itโ€™s a Korean street food that has quickly become the ultimate comforting dish. Itโ€™s incredibly easy to make and so full of amazing flavors.

This one is based on @the.korean.vegan โ€˜s recipe with slight modifications
