Sticky mango curry chicken rice bowl 🥭 a culinary trip to India 🇮🇳

One of my go-to’s with chicken has been the curry-mango mix. Simply season your chicken with it to add a bunch of flavour, or here’s a summery recipe for you if you wanna give it even more of those exotic vibes 🌞
1) Mix all ingredients and rub the chicken breast with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate while you make the dip and salad. 2) Preheat the oven to 200•C. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Bake for 35 min.
1) Cut the mango into small cubes. Chop up some mint and coriander. 2) Mix the lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, peanut butter and some pepper. Toss this together with the carrot, mango, mint and coriander.
Serve the chicken, dip and salad with rice.
