    Steps:

    2. Mix together ingredients except egg whites.
    3. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks; fold into batter.
    4. Pour into waffle maker and cook 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.

    - 1 cup plain flour (120g)
    - ½ cup milk (120ml)
    - ½ cup water (120ml)
    - ½ tsp salt (3g)
    - 2½ tbsp sugar (30g)

    - Castor sugar (for coating)
    - Melted chocolate (for dipping)

    Steps:
    1. Boil milk, water, sugar, salt, and butter.

    - 1 cup warm milk (240ml)
    - 3 tbsp melted butter (45g)
    - ¼ cup water (60ml)
    - 2 tbsp oil (30ml, for pan)

    Steps:
    1. Whisk flour and salt.
    2. Add eggs, slowly whisk in warm milk.
    3. Stir in melted butter and water until smooth.
    4. Heat a greased pan over medium heat.
    5. Swirl a thin layer of batter to coat the pan.
    6. Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift; flip and cook 30–40 sec.
    7. Serve warm with chocolate, fruit, or honey.
