Ingredients: • 12 oz fettuccine pasta • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp butter • 2 cups mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 cup heavy cream • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese • Salt and black pepper to taste • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions: 1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté mushrooms until golden brown (about 5–6 minutes). 3. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute. 4. Pour in cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Toss in cooked fettuccine and mix well to coat.
