    Golden, ultra-crispy chicken bites tossed in a sticky honey-chili glaze — spicy, sweet, crunchy and completely addictive. Perfect for parties, game nights, or anytime indulgence.

    Ingredients:

    For the chicken:
    • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup cornstarch
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Oil for frying

    For the glaze:
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional, to thicken)

    Instructions:
    1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
    2. Mix dry coating: flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
    3. Dredge chicken in flour mix and fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
    4. Make glaze: Simmer honey, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
    5. Toss hot chicken in glaze until fully coated. Serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauces.
