Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Crumble Topping • In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. • Stir in melted butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Bread Batter • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan. • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. • Mix in sour cream and vanilla. • Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold in diced apples.
3️⃣ Assemble • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. • Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top.
