    Ingredients:
    • 1/2 ripe banana (50g)
    • 1/2 cup oats (40g)
    • 20g vanilla protein (@macr0mike DC amb-noa)
    • 3/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup (sf-optional)
    • 1/3 cup plant-based milk

    Toppings:
    • Sliced banana (30g)
    • Natvia (natural granulated sweetener)
    • 10g no-sugar choc (or choc of choice)
    • Cinnamon

    Method:
    1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
    2. Blitz ingredients until smooth, pour into oven-safe dish.
    3. Top with banana, sweetener, cinnamon, and chocolate.
    4. Bake 20-25 mins (longer for a cakier texture).
