INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1 Cup
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Eggs - 2 Large
Sugar - 200g ( 1 Cup )
Melted Butter - 113g ( 1/2 Cup )
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Instant Coffee (Nescafe) - 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
Flour - 250g
Cocoa Powder - 250g
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Chocolate Chunks - Chopped Chocolate
BAKE @ 220c For 5 Minutes Then Reduce The Heat to 175C and Bake For Another 12 To 15 Minutes (On a 220c Pre-Heated Oven)
