Crispy Vegan Tofu with Spicy Agave Honey Glaze

For the Tofu 🫘:
➡️1 block (12 oz / 350 g) extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into 6 squares about ½ inch thick (no need to press)
➡️4 cups cornflakes, (gluten-free if preferred)
➡️3 tablespoons nutritional yeast, (optional for extra flavor)
➡️1 teaspoon smoked paprika
➡️½ teaspoon onion powder
➡️½ teaspoon garlic powder
➡️¼ teaspoon salt
➡️¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the "Milk" Mixture 🌱🥛:
➡️½ cup plant-based milk, (such as oat or soy)
➡️2 tablespoons cornstarch
➡️2 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot, (or similar hot sauce)
For the Vegan Hot Honey 🔥🍯:
➡️½ cup agave syrup
➡️2 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot, (or similar hot sauce)
➡️½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, (reduce for milder heat)
➡️½ teaspoon chili powder
➡️½ teaspoon garlic powder
➡️½ teaspoon onion powder
➡️Pinch of salt, (or to taste)
➡️2 teaspoons cornstarch
➡️4 teaspoons cold water
Optional Garnish 🌱:
