Cheesy Crab Delight with a Hint of Lemon
Joes Crab Shack Crab Dip
Ingredients:
1. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2. 1 cup mayonnaise
3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4. 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6. 1/4 cup chopped green onions
7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
8. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
9. Salt and pepper to taste
10. Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the dip:
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, and green onions until smooth.
Add the crab meat:
3. Gently fold in the crab meat, making sure it’s evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the dip:
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the dip is golden and bubbly on top.
