Hot Honey Chicken Cutlets

Meat
• 8 Chicken breasts, large
• 5 tbsp Frank buffalo hot sauce

Produce
• 1 Garlic powder
• 1 Onion powder
• 1 Parsley, fresh

Refrigerated
• 2 Eggs

Condiments
• 1/3 cup Honey

Baking & spices
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne
• 1 Pepper
• 1 Salt

Oils & vinegars
• 1 1/4 cup Peanut oil

Bread & baked goods
• 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs, seasoned

Dairy
• 1/2 cup Parmigiano reggiano, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare your chicken by slicing each breast down the middle. Using a meat mallet, pound out the chicken breasts to be about 1/2 inch thick.
Prepare your dreading station by grabbing 2 separate bowls: one with the breadcrumb mixture and the other with the egg mixture.
Add your chicken to the egg mixture, then directly into the breadcrumb mixture.
Fry your cutlets on each side until golden and crispy.
Prepare your hot honey sauce by combing the honey and hot sauce
