Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced beef

2 bell peppers (any color), sliced

1 small onion, sliced

2 cups cooked white or brown rice

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp hoisin or teriyaki sauce (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook beef until browned; drain excess fat.

Add peppers and onion; sauté until tender, about 5–7 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce and optional hoisin or teriyaki sauce; cook 2 more minutes.
