🥣 Ingredients (for Bubur Mutiara)
• 150 g sago pearls (red or mixed colors, up to your taste)
• 1 liter water (for boiling)
• 150 g sugar (adjust to your sweetness level)
• 2 pandan leaves, tied into a knot
• A pinch of salt
• 400 ml coconut milk (from ½ coconut)

🔥 Step by Step
Step 1 – Boil the pearls
Bring water to a boil, add sago pearls. Cook for ±10 minutes, turn off heat, cover, and let rest for 20 minutes so the pearls cook evenly.
Step 2 – Strain & rinse
Drain the pearls, rinse with clean water to prevent sticking.
Step 3 – Cook with sugar
Return the pearls to the pot with 500 ml water, sugar, pandan leaves, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the mixture thickens and the pearls turn clear.
Step 4 – Serve
Spoon the sweet sago into a bowl, drizzle with coconut milk on top. Enjoy it warm or chilled!
