Vanilla Cup cakes
250g Butter
1 + Half cup Castor sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup milk
1 x 500g Self Raising flour
Beat butter and castor sugar well
Break eggs in a bowl. .
Add in vanilla essence
Beat wid beater..
Add gradually to butter mixture
Beat well..
Add in half the flour and milk
Beat and then add the rest of it
Beat till creamy.
This recipe makes 30 cuppies
Fill cups 3 quarter full..sprinkle thousands
Pre heat oven to 180 deg
Bakes for at least 35 min
Enjoy.
