STRAWBERRY BANANA OATMEAL SMOOTHIE
This is my favorite smoothie to date. I love that it’s filling and the flavor is perfect! I also love feeling like I’m not cheating myself out of something, because this yummy little treat satisfies my “sweet” craving while still letting me eat “healthy.”

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup strawberry flavored Greek yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup orange juice
10 frozen strawberries
2 fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the oatmeal in a blender. Cover and process until the oatmeal resembles flour. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and process until fully combined.
Pour the smoothie mixture into serving glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, if desired. Serve immediately.
