SPICY CHICKEN PESTO & CHORIZO PASTA 🫶🏼🤯
When someone asks what your fav dinner… here it is!!! Quick and simple, what more can you ask for 👏🏼
For 2 people:
Fry off 2 diced up chicken breasts seasoned in the @jdseasonings amatriciana spices for 5 mins then add in 1 large red pepper diced up and fry for a good 5-7 mins (at this time put your pasta into boil, I use 80g dried per person)
After 7 mins add in 60g of sundried tomato pesto, 100g of @philadelphia_uki lightest soft cheese and 150ml of the past water and give it a really good until it comes out smooth, then add 1/2 tsp of habanero chillis 🔥 , 1 tsp of garlic granulates & 1tsp of smoked paprika and stir through.
To a separate frying pan slice up 50g of chorizo for a few mins and flip half way through and set aside for once the pasta has been served
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the chicken stir thoroughly then chop up some fresh basil 🌿 add and dish out and top with the fried chorizo ❤️🫶🏼
