¼ tsp powdered yellow colouring
Make a dough with water

Roll out into a rectangle.
Spread 3 tbls ghee.
Dust flour.
Fold from both sides to the centre.
Cover and let rest for 10 min.
Repeat process 4 times.
Roll out into a large rectangle. Roll up into a Swiss roll.
Cut slices.
Roll out long shapes.
Dip into castor sugar.
Place on baking tray.
Bake 180° 30 min.
